Privacy Policy

Account information such as your email address, username, internal user ID, and identifiers returned by Apple or Google when you choose social sign-in.

Profile and social information you provide or create, such as avatar, language, optional city, friends, blocks, guild membership, support requests, and in-game messages.

Gameplay and app activity such as matches, ratings, progress, achievements, inventory, virtual-currency transactions, tutorial state, app version, platform, and language.

Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as session tokens, push-notification tokens when notifications are enabled, and network or server-log information such as IP address and user agent.

We use information to create and secure accounts, run multiplayer matches, maintain progression and leaderboards, provide social and support features, deliver requested notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot reliability, and understand how players use Klawên Arena.

We do not sell personal information, use it for cross-app advertising, or permit fingerprinting. Klawên Arena does not currently display third-party ads.

We use infrastructure providers to host the game and database. If enabled, Firebase Cloud Messaging processes push-notification tokens. Apple and Google process information when you use their sign-in services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect players and the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain account information while your account is active and as needed to operate and secure the service. Guest accounts may be removed after their configured retention period when no active session remains. Security records, de-identified statistics, or information required by law may be retained for a limited period.

You can permanently delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete account. You can also submit a deletion request through our account-deletion page. Deletion removes the account and associated profile, progression, inventory, social, and gameplay records, except information we must retain by law or for legitimate security purposes.

You can update supported profile fields in the app, turn sound, haptics, and reduced motion on or off, and delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. Contact us to exercise a right.

Klawên Arena is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age that applies in their country. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, where data-protection laws may differ. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
